Alfie Rhodes Studio – Digital Product Usage & Licensing

Welcome! Below you’ll find the licensing terms that apply to all digital products sold under Alfie Rhodes Studio. These terms are designed to support small creative businesses while protecting the integrity of the original artwork.

🔹 Personal Use License (Included with All Purchases)

You’re welcome to use your digital downloads for personal, non-commercial projects such as:

  • Scrapbooking, journaling, handmade gifts
  • Personal home décor, printable wall art
  • DIY crafts not intended for sale

Not permitted under personal use:

  • Reselling or sharing files
  • Using files in products for sale or distribution
  • Uploading files to any print-on-demand platforms

🔹 Limited Commercial License (Included with Purchase)

You may create and sell up to 500 units of physical goods using the digital artwork. This includes:

  • Stickers, art prints, bookmarks, cards
  • Handmade journals, stationery, and packaging
  • Finished physical items sold on Etsy, markets, or your own shop

Attribution required:
Please include “Design by Alfie Rhodes Studio” in your product description or packaging.

Not permitted under the limited license:

  • Digital product resale or redistribution
  • Use in logos or trademarks
  • Upload to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Society6)
  • Inclusion in digital kits, templates, or collage sheets for resale

🔹 Extended Commercial License

Need more freedom? For larger-scale use or no attribution:

  • Create over 500 physical units
  • Outsource printing or manufacture at scale
  • Use without credit on product listings

🔹 Not Allowed (Under Any License)

  • Sharing, reselling, or altering digital files for resale
  • Converting designs into digital products for sale
  • Using artwork for AI training, NFT creation, or crypto-related projects
  • Claiming artwork as your own

🔹 Working with a Manufacturer or Print Partner?

If you’re outsourcing production, you must:

  • Hold an Extended Commercial License
  • Provide proof of license upon request
  • Request a copy of our basic Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for manufacturing
